Vibe Coach is built and operated by Mixer Inc. ("Mixer," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information Vibe Coach and the vibecoach.me website (together, the "Services") collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Scope. This policy applies to the Vibe Coach app and the vibecoach.me website. Some sections — for example, those describing accounts, profiles, sign-in, or in-app data — only apply once you install the app and create an account. Until then, those provisions do not apply to you. For Mixer's broader company privacy policy, see mixercorp.com/privacy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information — such as your name, email address, and password (stored as a hash) when you create an account.
• Profile information — optional details you add, such as date of birth or phone number.
• User content — workout videos you record with or upload to Vibe Coach.
• Communications — the contents of messages you send us (for support, feedback, or bug reports).

Information we collect automatically

• Usage information — actions you take in the app (for example, which lifts you analyze and when).
• Device information — device type, operating system version, language, and general region inferred from your IP address.
• Log data — technical records such as crash logs and performance metrics that help us maintain the Services.
• Session tokens — held in your device's secure storage to keep you signed in. Our website itself does not use cookies (see "Cookies" below).

Information from third parties

If you sign in using a third-party identity provider (such as Apple or Google), we receive basic profile information they share with us, such as your name, email address, and a unique identifier. We do not receive your password.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve Vibe Coach.
• To analyze your recorded workout videos and generate the form analysis and feedback you asked Vibe Coach to produce.
• To personalize your experience, such as remembering your preferences and past analyses.
• To send you transactional messages about your account and any changes to the Services.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below:

• Service providers. Trusted vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver emails, process authentication, or provide analytics. These providers are bound by contract to use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; or is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Mixer, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent privacy commitments.
• With your consent. When you direct us to share information — for example, if you choose to share a workout analysis with a coach.

4. Video retention

Workout videos are processed on your device before being uploaded to our servers for analysis. Once uploaded, your videos and the analyses generated from them are kept for as long as your account is active. There are two ways to delete them: delete the analysis record from inside the app, which removes the underlying video, or email info@mixercorp.com to request manual deletion.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards, as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may delete your account at any time; see "Your choices" below.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, restricted internal access, and ongoing monitoring — to protect the information we store. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

• Access and update. You may request access to or correction of your profile information at any time by contacting info@mixercorp.com.
• Delete your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting info@mixercorp.com.
• Delete individual videos and analyses. From the app, tap any saved analysis or video and choose Delete.
• Regional rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to request access, correction, portability, or restriction of your personal information. Please contact us to exercise those rights.

8. Children's privacy

Vibe Coach is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete that information.

9. International users

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States or other countries that may have different data-protection laws than the country in which you reside. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on it. The Vibe Coach app uses device-local session tokens to keep you signed in. We will update this section if our use of cookies or similar technologies changes.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If the changes are material, we will give you reasonable notice — for example, by posting a notice in the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
